Why the profile matters
For many local searches, your Google Business Profile appears before your website does. A complete, accurate profile with real reviews is often the first thing a customer sees, so it is worth getting right.
Setup and verification
I create or claim your profile, choose the right categories, add your services, hours, photos and description, and get it verified. Google decides how a profile is verified, and some businesses are asked for a video, so I walk you through whichever it asks for.
If you work from home or travel to customers, Google allows service-area profiles, and I set yours up the way Google expects.
Management, month to month
Management keeps the profile current: four posts a month, fresh photos, answers to customer questions and reply drafts for new reviews within two working days, with changes made as your hours and services change. You get a short report each month.
The Review Kit
The Review Kit makes it easy for happy customers to leave a review while they are still in front of you. It is 2 NFC cards, a counter stand, an A5 QR poster and review-request email and SMS templates, all pointing at your own Google review page.

What I will not do with reviews
Reviews only help while they are genuine, and Google can remove reviews or suspend a profile that breaks its rules. So the Review Kit and the management plan follow three rules, without exception.
No incentives
I will not offer discounts, prizes or freebies in exchange for a review.
No review gating
I will not filter who gets asked, for example by only sending the review link to customers who say they were happy. Everyone gets the same link.
No fake reviews
I will not write, buy or post reviews from people who were not your customers, and I will not ask staff or family to.
If you ask me to bend one of these rules, I will say no and explain why. It protects your profile.

Questions people ask
Can I have a profile if I work from home or travel to customers?
Yes. Google allows service-area businesses, and you can hide your home address. There are rules about how it is shown, and I set it up the way Google expects.
Can you get me more five-star reviews?
I can make it easy for genuine customers to leave a review, and I can help you reply well. I cannot choose the rating, and I will not use incentives, review gating or fake reviews, because Google can remove reviews or suspend profiles that do.
Can you remove a bad review?
Only Google can remove a review, and only if it breaks its policies. I can flag one that does, and I can draft a calm, professional reply, which often helps more than the review hurts.
