Every project starts with a free demo. You only pay if you want it launched.
Below are the packages, the care plans and every add-on, all ex VAT. The builder further down adds them up, and you can send the link to anyone who needs to sign it off.

Websites start from €900, €1,800 and €3,500, ex VAT. Each figure is a starting price: I quote the exact project once you have seen your demo and we have agreed what the site needs.

Care plans
Care plans cost €35 a month, €75 a month or €150 a month, ex VAT, billed monthly. They keep a site hosted, updated, backed up and watched, whoever built it.

Questions people ask
Why is the demo free?
Because I would rather show you than tell you. I build a real, working preview of your homepage, you look at it on your own phone, and you decide with the result in front of you. If you walk away you owe nothing. If you want it launched, I finish the build and quote the whole project.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this site is shown excluding VAT, which is added to the invoice at the rate that applies.
What does a care plan cover?
Every plan has managed hosting with SSL, daily backups, software and security updates and uptime monitoring. Plus and Pro add content changes done for you, up to an hour a month on Plus and three on Pro, and regular checks of speed and search.
Can I pay in stages?
Yes. Projects are paid in two halves: 50% when you say yes and I start the full build, and the rest when the site is ready to launch. Very large projects can be split into more stages, agreed in writing before any paid work starts. The demo is free, so the first payment only happens after you have said yes.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Once the project is paid for in full, the code, the content and the domain are yours, and the code sits in a GitHub repository in your account. There is a full page on it at /own-your-code.
