Business email that doesn't get lost

I set up business email for Irish businesses that still use a free address, or whose email lands in spam. You get a proper address on your own domain, set up so it is delivered, with signatures, a shared inbox and a newsletter if you want one.

What's included

  • Google Workspace setup on your own domain
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC records set so your email is delivered
  • Mailboxes created for each person
  • Email signatures for your team
  • A shared inbox such as info@ or sales@
  • Newsletter setup on MailerLite or Brevo, with signup form and unsubscribe

Why a free address costs you

An address on your own domain looks like a business, and a free one often does not. More practically, email sent from a domain without the right records is more likely to be marked as spam, so a message to a customer can quietly vanish.

Google Workspace, set up properly

Setup is €150 plus €40 per mailbox, ex VAT. I create the accounts, point your domain at them and set the records that tell receiving servers your email is genuine, which are SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Google's own licence fee is billed by Google directly to you, so the account stays in your name.

I set up my own the same way: hello@eolaswebdesign.ie runs on Google Workspace with those records in place, so I use what I recommend.

Signatures and a shared inbox

Email signatures are €60 for a consistent, tidy set across your team. A shared inbox is €80 and gives info@ or sales@ one place where several people can see and answer the same messages.

Newsletters on MailerLite or Brevo

If you want to email customers in bulk, I set up a newsletter on MailerLite or Brevo, with your branding, a signup form and the legal footer in place, for €250 ex VAT. I choose between them based on the size of your list and what you need to send.

The Irish rules on marketing email, in plain terms

Marketing email to individuals in Ireland needs consent. A person has to have agreed to hear from you, and an untick box on a form or a bought list does not count.

There is one exception, called the soft opt-in. If someone has bought from you before and you give them the chance to refuse when you collect their details, you can email them about similar products or services of your own.

Every marketing email must include a working unsubscribe, and you must honour it promptly. My newsletter setups build that in.

This is general guidance, not legal advice. If your situation is unusual, check it with a solicitor.

How the free demo works here

Before you pay, I check how your email is set up today and tell you whether it is likely to be delivered. You decide after reading it whether you want me to fix it.

  1. Tell me your domain

The web address your email uses, and where your email is hosted now.

  2. I check the records

Whether SPF, DKIM and DMARC are in place, and what happens to a test message.

  3. You decide

Have me set it up, fix it yourself from my notes, or leave it. You owe nothing for the check.

Free, with nothing to sign. I reply within one working day.

Questions people ask

Why does my email go to spam?

Often because the domain is missing the records that prove the email is genuine, called SPF, DKIM and DMARC, or because it is being sent from a free address on behalf of a business. Setting them up properly is the main part of my work.

Can I keep my existing address?

Usually. If your mail is with another provider, I can move it across during setup, and I tell you up front if anything cannot be moved.

Can I email my customers a newsletter?

Yes, if they have agreed to hear from you, or you meet the soft opt-in rules for existing customers, and every email includes a working unsubscribe. I set up the newsletter tool and put the legal footer in place.

What is the difference between a mailbox and a shared inbox?

A mailbox belongs to one person. A shared inbox, such as info@ or sales@, is one address that several people can read and answer together.

How much does it cost?

Workspace setup is €150 plus €40 per mailbox, signatures are €60 and a shared inbox is €80, all ex VAT. Google bills its own licence fee separately.
